Shipping Within Bangladesh
Delivery Time:
Usually Delivers in 1-2 working days in Inside Dhaka.
Usually Delivers in 3-4 working days in outside Dhaka.
Orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners, such as Pathao, Shundarbon ensuring secure and timely deliveries.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for domestic orders with no extra charges.
All COD orders will be verified via phone or email prior to dispatch, so please ensure your contact details are accurate.
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking, Mobile banking) are processed quicker since they do not require phone verification.
International Shipping
Delivery Time: Typically 10-12 business days depending on customs and destination.
We ship through reliable courier services such as FedEx and DHL international orders.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country. These fees are not included in Saphella's prices.
Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund (please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable).
